Who we are
DataPartnerHQ is a trading name of Prospana Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 12255944), registered office 68a Mount Nod Road, London SW16 2LP. We introduce companies to an AI lab that licenses operational data. For anything in this notice, email hello@datapartnerhq.com.
What we collect
- What you enter in the eligibility form: company name, website, size, years trading, region, your name, work email, role and, if you give it, your phone number, plus the time you gave consent.
- Basic visit information: the page address you arrived on, the referring page, your browser type and your country. We store an anonymous visit ID in your browser so a visit can be matched to a form submission. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
- Business contact details from public and commercial sources, if we emailed you first. We use these only to contact you about this opportunity, and we stop if you ask.
How we use it
We use your form answers to check whether your company is likely to qualify. If you tick the consent box, we share your details with our AI lab partner so its partnerships team can contact you. The partner is named on the confirmation screen and in our first email to you. We use visit information to understand which of our emails and pages are working.
Our legal bases are your consent (for sharing your details with the partner) and our legitimate interest in running and measuring this service.
Who we share it with
- Our AI lab partner, only with your consent.
- Service providers who run the site and our email for us: Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Amazon Web Services (email delivery).
We don't sell your data. If a company we introduce signs a data partnership, the AI lab pays us a referral fee. That fee never comes out of your offer.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them. Visit information is kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to stop contacting you. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, though that doesn't undo a share already made. Email hello@datapartnerhq.com and we'll act within 30 days. If you're in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
